I am excited to offer private yoga sessions rooted in my education as a licensed physical therapist and pelvic floor specialist. These highly individualized sessions go beyond traditional yoga instruction, blending movement assessment, targeted strength work, and mindful practice to help you move better and feel better — in yoga and in daily life.
Designed for those recovering from injury, navigating chronic tension or pelvic pain, returning to movement, or seeking a deeply personalized and therapeutic approach to elevate their practice.

We focus on mobility, stability, and the why behind what you’re doing so you can move better, feel better, and keep doing what you love for a long time. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, I meet you where you are.
Private sessions are where we slow it down and get curious. We refine your practice, build confidence, and create longevity in your body.
If you’re wanting to feel a little more confident walking into class or ready to take your practice further, this is a really good place to start. Or if you want a private session for you and a plus one!
