Class Types

Each instructor brings their own unique style. Try them all and see which one feels like your kind of magic.

It is highly recommended to have taken a few beginner classes or have a yoga or fitness background

prior to attending Power Vinyasa or Dance Yoga.

  • Restorative

Restorative will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, supported, and reset. This gentle, therapeutic practice invites the body to soften and open at its own pace, without any strain or effort.

Expect long, comfortable holds, the use of props for full support, and space to truly unwind both physically and mentally.

  • Slow Flow

Slow Flow will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded, and clear. The pace is meditative, emphasizing calm in both body and mind.

Expect slow, intentional movement, a supportive pace, and options for all levels, including the use of props for comfort and stability.

  • Vinyasa

Vinyasa will leave you feeling fluid, present, and connected. This creative style links movement with breath in a continuous, flowing sequence.

Expect a variety of sequences, a steady rhythm, and options to explore both ease and challenge. No two classes are the same, allowing you to experience something new each time you step on your mat.

  • Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa will leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished. This fast-paced flow is designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence in your practice.

Expect dynamic sequences, a quicker pace, and opportunities to challenge both body and mind while staying connected to your breath.

  • Sculpt Fitness + Yoga

Sculpt Fitness + Yoga will leave you feeling strong, worked, and energized. These classes blend strength training, cardio, and weights with yoga-inspired movement for a full-body workout.

Expect a mix of timed exercises and flowing sequences, moments of higher intensity alongside intentional movement, and a pace that keeps you engaged from start to finish. You’ll build strength, improve endurance, and get sweaty!

  • Dance Yoga

Dance Yoga will leave you feeling energized, free, and a little more in your body than when you walked in. This class blends dance-inspired movement, bursts of cardio, and a strong foundation of yoga woven throughout.

Expect upbeat music, HIIT-style movements to the beat, moments to let loose, and a workout that feels more like fun than effort (but yes, you’ll still get sweaty).
